Havelock, Ontario – Yamaha Financial Services will present a cheque to Watersheds Canada in support of community-based watersheds habitat restoration. The handover is taking place at Dunfords Powersports & Marine on February 24th, 2026, and featuring Robert Pye of Watersheds Canada, Yamaha Financial Services, and Yamaha Motor Canada.
Yamaha Financial Services is proud to bring the Stay Outdoors sustainability program to Dunfords Powersports & Marine for the first time in 2 years of the program. The event will begin at 10AM, on February 24th, followed by the cheque handoff at 11AM, with media, photos, and interviews to follow.
Yamaha Financial Services is committed to those who work and play outdoors. Supporting the outdoor enthusiast, the Stay Outdoors Program aims to provide practical support to Canadian registered charities and not-for-profit groups for their conservation and access projects, as well as activities to promote responsible use of our trails, roads and waterways for motorized recreation.
Watersheds Canada is a federally incorporated non-profit organization and registered Canadian charity. Watersheds Canada builds and delivers habitat restoration and education programs that engage and equip waterfront property owners, families, Indigenous communities, waterfront associations, municipalities, schools, and community groups so they can enhance and protect the health of their lakes, rivers, shorelines, and wetlands.
