The primary legislation governing boat discharge is the Vessel Pollution and Dangerous Chemicals Act. This law covers pollutants ranging from oil and chemicals to sewage from marine vessels. As winter puts on a freeze on green action projects, Watersheds Canada is warming up for another lake stewardship initiative on the hardwater. August 30, 2023, Ottawa, Ontario – When there are barriers to bringing students to the lake, you need to find a way to bring the lake to them.
